Kimberly Pisani, Esq. practices family law and criminal defense in South Carolina. She represents clients in divorce, custody and visitation disputes, parental rights matters, child support modification and enforcement, and juvenile and criminal cases. Ms. Pisani regularly appears in Family and Criminal Courts across the Lowcountry.

Before moving to South Carolina in 2022, Ms. Pisani practiced at Charles and Concilio, P.C. in Greenwich, CT.   She is admitted to practice in Connecticut (retired) and South Carolina and is a member of the South Carolina Bar and the Beaufort County Bar Association.

With four years of litigation experience, Ms. Pisani handles cases from initial consultation through trial, including emergency hearings, temporary orders, settlement negotiations, and contested final hearings. She is committed to developing customized legal strategies that balance client priorities, risk, and cost while maintaining clear and responsive communication. As such, Ms. Pisani is known for thorough case preparation, practical strategy, and clear communication. Clients value her straightforward advice, courtroom composure, and ability to navigate complex personal situations with discretion and professionalism.

Ms. Pisani earned her Juris Doctor from Quinnipiac University School of Law.  She was recruited by the firm to expand its Family Court and Criminal Defense practices.

When outside work, Ms. Pisani is a mother to five grown children and three grandchildren.  She and her husband love to spend their free time golfing, walking their three dogs on the beach, and traveling.
