Ashley Beard, Esq. has been practicing law for twelve years.  Launching her career in New York City, Ms. Beard helped build a boutique firm focused on business and family-based immigration. Working with clients large and small, Ms. Beard represented her clients throughout the Northeast in high profile cases.  She also practiced removal defense in the city while working with victims of crimes and domestic violence. Her experience in a large metropolitan area gives her a unique skill set in the Lowcountry.

Ms. Beard then moved to the Lowcountry and became a Partner at Devine & Beard.  During her time at Devine & Beard, Ms. Beard not only helped grow the practice in size and prestige, but also focused on removal defense, family based immigration, and headed the firm's business immigration practice.  Ms. Beard also initiated her practice of family and criminal law in Georgia while at Devine & Beard.  This makes her uniquely equipped to serve clients who have combinations of criminal, family, and immigration challenges in their cases, as well as advising on criminal immigration issues. 

Ms. Beard is the founder and owner of The Beard Law Group, LLC. Ms. Beard established BLG as a boutique firm focusing on immigration law nationwide as well as criminal and family law in South Carolina and Georgia. BLG's mission is to advocate for our clients in the Lowcountry while using our national experience to bring them the results they deserve. Ms. Beard has five rescue animals from the Lowcountry, including three dogs and two cats.
